Orders

Yes. As soon as your order is placed on BeirutCart, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow the progress with our logistics partner.
Placing an order is quick and easy:
  • Search for a product or browse by category
  • Select the relevant options (color, size, quantity) where applicable
  • Add the item(s) to your cart
  • Choose your preferred shipping and payment method at checkout
  • Complete your order — you'll receive a confirmation email instantly
You can cancel your order at any time before you receive the product by sending an email to sales@beirutcart.com with your order number and cancellation request. Our team will process it promptly.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Our accounting team will process an instant refund directly.
  • Card payments: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
To modify your order, you can either cancel it and place a new one, or contact our sales team directly and request an order update before it is dispatched. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request before the order leaves our warehouse.
Absolutely! You can add a gift message during checkout and provide a shipping address that differs from your billing address. You also have the option to include a delivery note with special instructions — for example, "leave at the door" or "do not knock." Our team will handle it with care.

All products displayed on BeirutCart are available for purchase unless marked as OUT OF STOCK. However, due to high demand, some products may sell out faster than the website can be updated.
If this happens, our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to offer a suitable replacement or a full refund. For custom quotations or items not listed online, email sales@beirutcart.com.
Yes. Promo codes can be entered at checkout and the discount will be applied to your total. Please note:
  • Some promotions may have expiry dates or usage restrictions
  • Discounts apply to non-discounted items only

Payment

BeirutCart currently accepts the following payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery — Pay in USD or LBP at the daily market rate upon receipt of your order.
  • Bank card (Debit or Credit) — Both local Lebanese cards and international cards are accepted.
  • Pay by Link — A secure payment link sent directly to you.
  • Whish — Pay via Whish payment card or wallet transfer.
  • Wallet Transfer — Direct wallet-to-wallet transfers accepted.
Your card is charged immediately upon completing your order. The payment is processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.
Yes, international cards are accepted. However, please be aware that your bank may apply additional charges due to currency conversion rates.
  • Bank card payments: You can pay in any currency — your bank handles the conversion and may apply exchange rate charges.
  • Cash on Delivery: Payments are accepted in USD or LBP at the daily market rate.
Your security is our top priority. BeirutCart uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted over the internet. You can confirm a secure connection by checking for the padlock icon and "https" at the start of the URL in your browser.
All online transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your card details are fully encrypted and never stored on our platform.
All products on BeirutCart are VAT-inclusive. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise charges at checkout. VAT is already factored into every displayed price across our entire product range.

Delivery & Shipping

BeirutCart delivers to all areas within Lebanese territory — across all governorates and districts. Delivery is completely free with no minimum order requirement. For detailed delivery times per district, please refer to our Quick Delivery Guide.
Delivery times vary by district:
  • Zone A & B (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Tripoli, Sidon, etc.) — 2 to 5 business days
  • Zone C (Akkar, Baalbek, Hermel, Beqaa, etc.) — 4 to 6 business days
Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business delivery days. Our logistics partners (Aramex, .Net Logistics, and our in-house team) operate at minimal capacity on weekends.
Delivery is completely free to all Lebanese districts with no minimum order requirement. This applies to all zones across Lebanon.
Yes, Click & Collect is available. You can pick up your order from any of our three branches:
  • Zalqa — Main Road, Zalqa
  • Beirut — Salim Salam Street
  • Centro Mall
Please allow 24–48 hours for order preparation before collection. Our team will contact you once your order is ready.
Some items are dispatched directly from vendors or remote warehouses and may not be immediately available at the showroom.
Please contact our team as quickly as possible after placing your order. Email sales@beirutcart.com or call +961 1 899599 Ext 141/111. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your delivery at any time by visiting the My Orders section of your account. If your tracking number is lost, contact our team and we will resend it immediately.
Our logistics partner will call you in advance to confirm a convenient delivery date and time. A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made. If all 3 are unsuccessful, the order will be returned and automatically cancelled. Repeated delays may also affect your exchange eligibility.
Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Provide a clear photo of the incorrect or damaged product along with your order number. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
You have the right to request the delivery person to wait while you inspect the packaging and verify the item before accepting. Once accepted, physically damaged items cannot be returned.
This is an extremely rare occurrence, but if your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with our logistics partners and ensure the situation is resolved for you without delay.

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, email customerservice@beirutcart.com within 3 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, you will receive a unique RMA Return ID — this is required to ship the item back. Our warehouse will not accept returns without a confirmed RMA ID.

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your product. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our warehouse within 5–7 business days.
The refund value depends on the product's condition:
  • Sealed & unopened — 100% refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee (min. $10)
  • Opened but unused — 60–80% of original value, all accessories and packaging must be present
  • Used items — not accepted for return under any circumstances
  • Incorrect item or DOA — 100% refund, no restocking fee, return shipping covered by BeirutCart
Any damage to original packaging or missing accessories may result in a reduced refund or rejection. The service center inspection report is final and binding.
Refunds are issued after the final inspection report from our service center — no earlier than 3 business days from the product's receipt at our warehouse. No refund can be requested before this inspection is complete.
  • Cash on Delivery refunds — processed directly and promptly by our accounting team
  • Card payment refunds — processed within 3–5 business days after inspection approval
  • Standard returns — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Incorrect item or DOA — BeirutCart covers return shipping costs in full.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Opened software — licenses, activation keys, and digital downloads
  • Special-order items — products sourced specifically upon customer request
  • Used items — any product showing signs of use beyond initial unboxing
  • Returns without RMA ID — no returns accepted without a confirmed Return ID
  • Requests after 3 days — return window has closed

Account & Registration

Yes, creating an account is required. With a BeirutCart account you can:
  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Save your delivery address for faster checkout
  • Add items to your Wish List
  • Manage your account details and preferences
Registration only requires your email address and phone number. You will be prompted to sign in each time you visit to ensure your account remains secure.
Yes. You can update your name, email, phone number, and saved addresses at any time through the My Account section on the website.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten password" link on the Sign In page. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
