Pickup orders
If you selected showroom pickup, our team will call you with the estimated collection time once your order is ready.
In case of a shortage
In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, our team will contact you within 3–24 hours. You will have the option to select a similar item, cancel your order, or speak directly with a senior sales team member for a tailored solution.
Section 02
Showroom pickup & availability
Certain products on BeirutCart are shipped directly from our vendors or remote warehouses and are not immediately available at our showrooms. If you select showroom pickup for such items, please allow 24–48 hours for order preparation before collection.

Payment options & VAT
At checkout, BeirutCart offers flexible payment options designed around your preferences.
- Card payment — Secure and instant payment via credit or debit card.
- Cash on delivery — Pay upon receipt of your order at your door.
VAT notice
All prices displayed on BeirutCart are exclusive of taxes. Customers residing in Lebanon are subject to an additional 11% Value Added Tax (VAT), calculated and applied to the total order value at checkout. Customers residing outside Lebanon are exempt from VAT. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable tax policy based on your location.

BeirutCart is proud to offer free delivery to every Lebanese district — no minimum order required. Our logistics operations are powered by a dedicated in-house team and multiple trusted partners including Aramex, .Net Logistics, and our Delivery Hub, ensuring swift and reliable fulfilment.

Weekends & delays
Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business delivery days, although our sales team and showrooms remain operational. Our logistics department operates at minimal capacity on weekends. In cases of product availability challenges, delivery may extend by 24–48 hours beyond the expected timeframe — our online team will notify you promptly.

International & special sourcing
For products not listed on our platform, or items without a published price, we welcome quotation requests from both individual and corporate customers. Submit your request to sales@beirutcart.com and a dedicated sales member will follow up with a tailored quotation and fulfilment timeline.
For products requiring international sourcing from our global supply network — including the USA, UAE, China, Hong Kong, and Europe — our team will provide you with specific terms, lead times, and availability. Unique requirements are our expertise.

Order receiving & verification
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you conduct a thorough check to confirm the following before accepting delivery:
- The product is in its original, sealed packaging.
- The model number matches what was ordered and stated on the invoice.
- The outer packaging shows no signs of physical damage.
Important — right to inspect before accepting
You have the right to request that the delivery personnel wait while you open the shipping package to verify the original product packaging is intact and the model number matches your invoice. Accepting the product confirms no external damage and that the correct item was delivered. Physically damaged items cannot be returned, as vendors cannot accept replacements under warranty once delivery is accepted.

Warranty policy
BeirutCart is committed to full transparency regarding warranty coverage. The nature of your product's warranty depends on its sourcing origin. Please review the applicable scenario carefully before making a purchase.
International service center warranty
For products imported by BeirutCart with warranty covered by the brand's international service center, we take full responsibility for shipping the item back. Resolution options include repair and return, a similar replacement, or a partial refund based on usage duration and product condition. Full refunds are not applicable in this scenario.
Local distributor warranty
For products sourced from local distributors, warranty is handled by the vendor's designated service center. Customers acknowledge and accept the vendor's service center decision as final. BeirutCart can act as a facilitator to expedite the process, but replacements are only issued upon the vendor's initiative.
Directly imported by BeirutCart
For products directly imported by us with no local service center, BeirutCart takes full responsibility for all warranty-related actions, ensuring a seamless resolution for our customers.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
A product is classified as DOA only upon a formal report from the vendor's service center after inspection. Self-assessment or customer declaration alone does not constitute DOA status.
General warranty conditions
- Warranty begins on the invoice date and expires at the end of the product's designated warranty period.
- Reporting a defect by phone or email does not constitute an official warranty claim. The product must be physically shipped to our service center before warranty expiry.
- Only the customer named on the original invoice is eligible to submit a warranty claim.
- Shipping costs to our service center are the customer's sole responsibility.
- BeirutCart is not liable for any data loss during repair or replacement. Back up your data before sending the product.

Your feedback is an integral part of how we continuously improve our operations. If you experience a delivery delay, receive an incorrect item, or encounter any issue, please report it to us immediately. Your reports allow us to address concerns promptly, identify operational improvements, and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
